Furbish Thrift hosts and maintains a freely accessible pet food pantry at our store location stocked with dog and cat food. We currently distribute about 200 lbs. of pet food each business day (Wed thru Sun) through the store pantry. Those in need can help themselves and those with resources to share can donate food. The pantry is in front of the store at 2833 Hathaway Rd in the Stratford Hills Shopping Center.
In the community, we stock pet food in 12 neighborhood pantries twice a month. We host larger community outreach events of pet food to low income, food insecure and unsheltered pet owners in collaboration with our community partners.
We gratefully accept donations of unopened bags and cans of pet food at Furbish Thrift. You can also donate online on our foundation website here.
